This page applies to the DanceSchoolHub mobile app and DanceSchoolHub developer account on Google Play.
How to request deletion
Use either method below. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account.
- In the app: open your profile and select “Delete account”. Follow the on-screen steps.
- Email: send a request to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. Include the email address used to sign in and your studio name (if applicable).
Data that will be deleted
We will delete or anonymise the account profile and any associated data stored in DanceSchoolHub, including contact details, login identifiers, and in-app preferences.
Data that may be retained
We may retain transaction records and invoices where required for legal, tax, or audit obligations. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by DanceSchoolHub.
Timing and retention
Deletion requests are completed within 60 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
